Shipping & Delivery

We understand that when you make an order, you want your BTS merch as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We own and operate two distribution centers, one in South Korea and one in China. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "InStock - Ships Within 48 Hours". These products will ship same or two business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.

  • WHAT IS A STANDARD SHIPPING?

If you placed your order with an standard shipping, your order will be protected meaning that if your package is not arrived within 45 days, we will be happy to make a full refund without question asked, and we will be also happy to resend/replace another package (the same items) in your order for free



  • WHAT IS AN INSURED SHIPPING?

If you placed your order with an insured shipping, your order will be protected meaning that if your package is not arrived within 30 days, we will be happy to make a full refund without question asked, and we will be also happy to resend/replace another package (the same items) in your order for free
 

 

  • WHERE IS MY PACKAGE

Depending on the country you live, shipping internationally usually takes 45 days at most but for example if you live in the US, Europe or East Asia, it takes only 20 days for the package to arrive + 3 processing days. For rare cases, shipping may take longer due to weather and waiting for airline to transfer the package. 



  • MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system after the item is shipped. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.  



  • MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVE IT

We know how important your order is! We provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. Sometime the package cannot be delivered because you entered an INCORRECT phone number during your checkout so our shipping company cannot contact you when the package arrived at your location.
